Guillermo Seijas started Full Color Painting in 2017 with one rule: get it right the first time. That rule is why our customers rate us five stars, and it is the same standard we hire against. The Work
Our crews paint interiors and exteriors for homeowners across Gainesville, Newberry, Alachua, Lake City, and the surrounding towns. We also handle commercial repaints for national brands including The Home Depot, KFC, Dairy Queen, Golden Corral, and PNC Bank. That mix keeps the calendar full and the work varied. One week you might be spraying kitchen cabinets, the next you might be on a storefront with a tight overnight window.
Every job runs the same way regardless of size: protect the space, patch and sand, prime, paint, then walk the finished work with the customer and leave the site cleaner than we found it. If you already work this way, you will fit here. If you do not yet, we will teach you.
What We Look For
- Detail that shows in the cut lines and the edges, not just the wide shot
- Showing up on the day and at the hour you said you would
- Care for someone else’s floors, furniture, and belongings without being asked twice
- Following the process on the small jobs, not only the ones people will see
- Comfort talking to a customer, because on many days you are the only part of this company they meet
Experience with residential and commercial work is a plus. So is cabinet finishing, drywall repair, or spray experience. None of it is required if you are willing to learn the trade properly.
