Now hiring painters in Gainesville
Full Color Painting® was founded in 2017 and built on doing quality work. That is the standard we hire against.
The work
Crews paint interiors and exteriors for homeowners in Gainesville, Newberry, Alachua, Lake City and the surrounding towns, plus commercial repaints for restaurants, retail spaces and offices. One week you might be refinishing kitchen cabinets, the next you are on an exterior.
Each project has a written scope. The crew protects the space, preps and paints to that scope, and the Production Manager oversees the job. We review the completed work with the customer and leave the site clean.
What we look for
- Detail that shows in the cut lines and the edges, not just the wide shot
- Showing up on the day and at the hour you said you would
- Care for someone else's floors, furniture and belongings without being asked twice
- Following the written scope on the small jobs, not only the ones people will see
- Comfort talking to a customer, because on many days you are the part of this company they meet
Experience with residential and commercial work is a plus. So is cabinet finishing or spray experience. None of it is required if you are willing to learn the trade properly.
